About

Government contracting can be a critical tool for growing your business and increasing your bottom line. Join us to hear directly from Bill Strobel, Small Business Technical Advisor with the General Services Administration (GSA) regarding how to do business with the GSA including valuable information on how to pursue opportunities. Allen Waldo, Counselor with the Missouri Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) in Springfield, MO will discuss how PTAC helps small businesses pursue local, state, and federal contracts. During this event, representatives from the Small Business Administration, Springfield, MO branch office and Missouri Small Business Development Center at Missouri State University will discuss resources available to small businesses as well.

$500 Billion! That’s how much the Federal Government awarded in Prime Contracts in FY 2019. The Federal Government must set aside 23% of contract dollars for small businesses. That’s $115 Billion that went to small businesses! Do you want to be the next recipient?
